World War II Monument Dedication (Saint Paul, MN) : Select photos from a 700-photo collection of photos taken at the World War II Memorial dedication at the Minnesota state capitol. Most of the photos I converted over to black and white for mood and impact and to reduce distractions. The few that I left in color were left that way for specific reasons.
